Proposed: a mass distribution of £10 notes and $5 bills, in celebration of Darwin's and Lincoln's bi

Exactly a year ago, I proposed grand events today to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the births of Charles Darwin and Abraham Lincoln featuring giveaways of both $5 bills (which have Lincoln's portrait on them) and £10 notes (which have Darwin's).

It just so happens that the state of the economy has made that plan even more compelling. Today would be an excellent day to start giving away money given the well-publicized threat of deflation to both the US and UK economies.
