If I have a problem when attempting to sign up for your service, and your customer service won't help, or even answer, why should I expect a better outcome when I have a problem using your service?

re: http://www.xe.com/fx, who entirely failed to cope with a problem I had signing up. I gave up on them and am now looking for alternatives.
