Flip-flops on a 45 degree morning?
Isn't it a bit cold for that?

And if it's politics, then what are they are a 45-degree angle to?

I wore sandals and didn't regret it. Some of us are just polar bears!

I used to work at Tufts.....girls go out in miniskirts and flip flops...it's nice eye candy but can hardly be comfortable.

One of my math teachers in college wore shorts, hawaiian shirts, and birkenstocks unless it was actually below 45 degrees and precipitating. Course, he looked like Waldo too, so :)

depends. Running in an out of a car to get coffee? not outside-outside then eh *shrug*
Back in college Ann n I used to call the club going girls in the winter "slutcicles" they'd hop around in their stilettos, no jacket and barely ass covering skirts when there was 4-6 inches of snow on the ground squealing the whole time about how cold they were.

my point?
If yer gonna brisk it- at least do it with dignity. flip flops to get the paper or go somewhere indoors no big deal.

These were "outside-outside", walking to work or waiting for the bus, which is why I thought it was a little odd.

My theory is that most women who wear flip flops have only flip flops and Ugg boots in their shoe wardrobes. It was not quite cold enough for Ugg boots so....

Honestly, i was still wearing flip flops last week. It's not that i wasn't cold, it's just that i hadn't yet noticed that it was fall. I get in the habit of throwing on my flip flops and, well, change is hard! I can totally see making the mistake and ending up freezing on a 45 degree morning.

Bah! Youngsters these days are so spoiled. What's wrong with wearing sandals when it's above freezing?
